Instructor Led Training

NSW Procurement runs several in-house instructor led courses, for staff that prefer face-to-face training, in place of online eLearning.

Training is tailored to cover the needs and requirements for buying organisations based on their size and complexity. There are standard courses available, which can be attended by most organisations, or more complex customised courses can be developed based on the specific needs of an organisation.

smartbuy® Administrator Training

Training for organisations administrators consists of a full day, interactive face-to-face course, covering the half day buying course, as well as the set up of departments, users, workflows and General Ledger Codes.

smartbuy® Buyer Training

Training for organisations buyers consists of a half day, interactive face-to-face course covering search and browse, raising a requisition and approval processes.

NSW eTendering User Training

Training for organisations users consists of a full day, interactive face-to-face course covering administration, tender advertising, downloading supplier responses, tender opening processes, award and disclosure.

GC21 Training

Training for Suppliers who want to tender for construction work for NSW Government. This one day course takes suppliers through key aspects of the administration of the GC21 contracts.
