Standard form documents - Minor Works

Introduction

The Minor Works standard form is provided to assist NSW Government agencies to document and manage construction contracts valued at up to $1 million, with relatively simple contractual arrangements.

The Minor Works standard form is not suitable when following features are required in a contractual arrangement:

  • Approval of Contractor's documents
  • Selected subcontractors
  • Provisional Sums/Monetary Sums/PC Items
  • Separable portions / Milestones
  • Dayworks
  • Payment for unfixed items
  • Cost adjustment
  • Value incentive

When any of the above features are required use the GC21 standard form.
