Standard form documents - Minor Works
Introduction
The Minor Works standard form is provided to assist NSW Government agencies to document and manage construction contracts valued at up to $1 million, with relatively simple contractual arrangements.
The Minor Works standard form is not suitable when following features are required in a contractual arrangement:
- Approval of Contractor's documents
- Selected subcontractors
- Provisional Sums/Monetary Sums/PC Items
- Separable portions / Milestones
- Dayworks
- Payment for unfixed items
- Cost adjustment
- Value incentive
When any of the above features are required use the GC21 standard form.
