Standard form documents - Mini Minor Works

Introduction

The Mini Minor Works standard form is provided to assist NSW Government agencies to document and manage construction contracts where the work has:

• An estimated value of $50,000 or less
• Low commercial and technical complexity, and
• Low inherent risk and low risk of consequential damage.

An updated version of the Mini Minor Works standard form (MMW 2010), and related procurement practice guidance material was introduced in December 2010.  Agencies should move to exclusive use of MMW 2010 as soon as possible.

To enable agencies to make a controlled transition to use of the new standard form, both MMW 2010 and MMW Pre 2010 Version, and related procurement practice guidance material for each will continue to be accessible from this website until June 2011.  During that time, agencies will be able to download and use either version.

From July 2011, the MMW Pre 2010 Version will cease to be available for download and agencies will need to use MMW 2010.

Procurement practice guidance material for the MMW Pre 2010 Version will be maintained on the website until June 2011 to facilitate administration of contracts using that version.
