Standard form documents - MW21

Introduction

The MW21 standard form is provided to assist NSW Government agencies to document and manage construction contracts valued at up to $1 million, with relatively simple contractual arrangements.

The MW21 standard form is not suitable when following features are required in a contractual arrangement:

• Selected subcontractors
• Payment for unfixed items
• Cost adjustment
• Value incentive

When any of the above features are required use the GC21 standard form.
