Introduction
Guidance material is provided to assist in managing construction contracts entered into under the NSW Government Procurement System for Construction. It includes:
- Contract specific guidance material for each standard form contract, including commentary on each contract clause, sample letters, checklists and schedules of contractual authorities
- Procurement practice guides
- Support documents covering matters common to all contract types, such as making payments, managing variations and contract time, and handling prolongation claims
- Checklists to assist starting up, managing meetings, checking insurances and preparing for handover
- Forms providing support for recording and reporting on contract matters.
