Responsibilities

Accredited agencies have the following responsibilites:
  • Submission of an annual Procurement Management Plan & Report (PMP&R)
  • Submission of quarterly improvement plan progress reports
  • Use of State Contracts where available
  • Subject to NSW Government procurement policy compliance audits
  • Subject to strategic reviews
  • Accredited agencies must make their agency-specific contracts available to the SCCB, NSWP and other agencies
  • Level 3 – Leading agencies will participate in a procurement planning, strategy and delivery forum

Monitoring

There will be ongoing monitoring of accredited agencies through strategic reviews and compliance audits in areas of high risk, complexity or value. Based on the outcomes of these independent reviews the SCCB may decide to vary an agency’s level of accreditation.

Reporting

Accredited agencies must submit the following reports
  • An annual Procurement Management Plan & Report (PMP&R)
  • Quarterly Improvement Plan Progress Reports; and
  • An annual Confirmation of Compliance with Obligations
