Is there a State Contract for “x”?
The nswbuy website is dedicated to State Government Contracts. The website outlines the State Contracts that are available for purchasing from under 12 broad categories. You can view product ranges, download fact sheets, contract guides and supplier lists, and find out more information on how to access and use State Contracts.

I have a problem with a product price / quality / faulty issue?
In the first instance, always contact the Supplier that that product was purchased from, that you are having an issue of concern with.
Additionally, you can refer to the Contract Guide available on www.nswbuy.com.au for the contract, which contains details on the specific conditions of contract that relate to the supplier.
If you are unable to come to an agreement with the Supplier, you can contact the NSW Procurement Client Support Centre for information of how to lodge a complaint.

What Suppliers are on State Contract?
You can download a Supplier Quick List available from the nswbuy website. www.nswbuy.com.au for the contract you are interested in. The Supplier Quick List can be found either on the Fact Sheet for the State Contract or as excel spreadsheet.
The Supplier Quick List contains the contact details for valid suppliers on each State Contract.
